Medical device manufacturer SparMED ApS in Farum is looking for a full-time employee for our Sales department starting as soon as possible. We are a global company operating within the IVF medical field, providing various solutions for In Vitro Fertilization laboratories. SparMED ApS is one of the most widely recognized brands on the market, influencing fertility processes and pregnancy rates around the globe. Our team is engaged with top-quality products and a fast supply chain every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving orders and adding to ERP system;
- Controlling stock availability and sending order confirmation accordingly;
- Making invoices and sending to the customers;
- Checking freight prices for the orders within our contracted freight forwarders and arranging the pickup;
- Filling out the country of origin documents and sending it for stamp/signature to the Danish Chamber of Commerce, if required by the customer;
- Helping customers with any questions/requirements they may have;
- Supporting the Sales Department in various daily tasks;
- Close cooperation with Quality and Warehouse departments;
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s/AP degree or/and minimum 2 years experience within B2B sales;
- Structured mindset;
- Ability to learn fast on your own;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-changing situations;
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently;
- Patience and ability to handle stressful situations;
- Excellent attention to details;
- Keen sense of responsibility;
- Good English skills (written and spoken);
