We are looking for a structured, efficient, and service-oriented programme coordinator to support programme management of DTU Entrepreneurship’s programmes: DTU Board Education, DTU X-Tech and internal projects. You could be an experienced coordinator or recently educated.
The job
The experience we are looking for are candidates who excels with:
- Planning, preparing, and supporting seminars and projects.
- Building up support systems and documentation to make programmes run efficient.
- Communication to participants, and partners.
- Updating material and content at our Learning Management System.
- Supporting AV-systems before and under seminars.
- Processing data and updating a CRM system.
- Ensure evaluation and reporting of results.
- Administrative support.
- Management support.
- Proof reading.

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) or OAO-S Joint Agreement and the organization agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK/Stat). You are employed as an Academic Officer (AC) or Office Cleark (HK/Stat).
Working hours are on average 37 hours per week. Starting date is no later than 1 September 2023.
The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus, at DTU Entrepreneurship.
